1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Worldly Wisdom ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Worldly Wisdom is a bilingual (Chinese/English) social skills practice app offering scenario-based exercises across multiple categories and game modes. The App is available for iOS devices.

3. In-App Purchases

• The App offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase ("Full Access") that unlocks all scenarios and features.
• The purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access.
• Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's Standard EULA.
• You may restore previously purchased content using the "Restore Purchases" feature.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store.

4. User Accounts

• Sign-in is optional. You can use the App without creating an account.
• If you sign in (via Apple, Google, or email), your purchase status is synced across your devices.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, redistribute, or republish the App's content (scenarios, translations, or data).
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass the App's purchase mechanism.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including scenarios, translations, illustrations, and software code, is the property of the App's developer and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The 2000+ scenarios are original works and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
